Purpose: Ready-to-use AAV PHP.eB particles produced from AiP13755: pAAV-AiE0743m_3xC2-minBG-ChR2(H134R)-EYFP-WPRE3-BGHpA (Alias: CN3755) (#214846). minBG-driven expression of ChR2(H134R)-EYFP in striatal cholinergic neurons. These AAV were produced with the PHPeB serotype, which permits efficient transduction of the central nervous system. These AAV preparations are suitable purity for injection into animals.
